  What a dumb post.

  I’ve been traveling the world my entire life. I’ve been going to the Alps in Europe for 40 years and half, yes, half the glaciers that used to be in the Alps are gone. Completely gone! If I hadn’t seen it with my own two eyes I would not have believed it. In my lifetime the glaciers of Europe have steadily disappeared, which is chilling for mankind.

  Second, there is a myth about Arctic and Antarctic ice melt. It’s the land ice melting that is the problem. The land ice in the Arctic and Antarctic has been melting which causes the sea level to rise, which is catastrophic.

  The sea ice of both has been increasing through the years because the ozone levels over the Arctic and Antarctica have dropped, causing stratospheric cooling and increasing winds which leads to more open water freezing, but then it just melts again each spring so it’s a non-factor.

  Posts that site tin foil hat types and people with an agenda do us no good. The weather we knew as children has changed. The seasons are all over the place. Now we get rainstorms with 6 to 8 inches. That used to never happen.

  People need to wake up. We’re doing this to ourselves.

  Sexual assault I believe by a JW member Santa Ana Calif

  the news this morning, santa ana man arrested for molesting three young girls.. he used his 6 year old daughter to arrange play dates with the other girls.. they showed the kh and stated he was a member of the church.

  unable.

  to find any other info on the case, not sure if he was a jw.. his name jesus agullary, not sure if that's the correct spelling..

  Is this one of those cases where someone pretends to become a witness simply to pray on their children.

  There is a famous case in Florida where a man would study with witnesses, become baptized, molest kids, and then when on the verge of getting caught would leave town, only to show up 200 miles away, use a different name, pretend to study again, get baptized, and molest kids again. He did this five or six times before he finally got caught.

  People like this should be tortured and then shot.

  Why I hate Neo-Nazis so much

  in the us neo-nazis/fascists have a very weak voice and for good reason.

  firstly, their forefathers fought nazis and died doing so for good reason.

  not only did the nazi philosophy make no sense, it was determined to reign down death and destruction like this planet had never before witnessed.

  Did you see in Europe a couple of weeks ago that the Neo-Nazi's tried to have a rally and anti-New-Nazi's showed up and beat the crap out of the Nazi's?

  That was classic.

  My father's family fought in WWII and 3 of them fought on D-Day. I have some of the Nazi memorabilia they brought back from the war from the German soldiers they captured.

  my 2cents on the reason for keeping tabs on inactive

  i think there is.

  2 schools of thoght on the reasons why they want records on inactive school 1.round this loose ends up we have to many fadeing and getting amnesty we want to keep tabs on them because they have influence on those still active so tighten up no loopholes make them pay for leaving the organization, school2.these are sincerely.

  intrested in helping those who hate our guts because we treated them in an unloveing way or they feel your just are a little stupid and let the loveing shepards help you so it is intresting i also think the circuit ovetseers and yes men have hoodwinked the gb into thinking everthing is just dandy in spirtual paradise these reasons why some ate inactive will be eye opening to some of the gb and hopefully they will see people as fellow humans and not stupid little chilldren that need a human master.

  I know a lot of elders. Nobody is keeping tabs on anyone. Their lives are too busy and they can hardly keep their heads above water.

  But perhaps Roger Goodell is going to become a witness and he's going to stomp on all the inactive records so nobody can find out how many there really are.

  When people post these tragic stories can some of you refrain from trying to have to post something negative about the witnesses via every minute angle? I mean really? A woman placing flowers turns into: where were the witnesses placing flowers?

  Most JW's I knew were very nice, kind people who would give you the shirts off their backs. Maybe you knew a few a-holes, but most are not.

  Try having a little discretion and a sense of balance. 4 women died in a car accident. There is nothing anti-JW to find it that people.

  so i posted earlier in the year that one of my son's friends is a jw.

  he can never do anything on wednesdays because it's a meeting night.

  same for sunday early afternoons.

  There is no rule against going to the prom or playing sports. It is only discouraged.

  I think this really confuses even active Witnesses. You can go to college, join clubs at school, etc. It's simply frowned upon that's all. I know current witness kids who are playing sports. Their parents simply don't go around telling everyone.

  A Techno-phobe seeks advice.

  this may seem simple to all you young folks(under 50) out there, but this old fart is just wondering, how much can people see on facebook in the way of comments, if you have privacy up and running so that, i thought, only those you have friended can see what you comment ?.

  i am not overly bothered, but it occurs to me that since in recent times i have been more active on fb, my outspoken comments against the jw scam may be visible to those who are not actually "friends" ???.

  i am just wondering if i should expect (as in monty python) the spanish inquisition ?.

  All the people your Facebook Friends are Friends with can see your posts, so you should post keeping that in mind unless you specifically select that only friends can see a post.

  This isn't a JW thing. Most beautiful women are with average looking guys. Women are a little more deeper than men and they look at what someone makes them feel and not just the façade.

  I can't say generally speaking men are really like that, because they are way more shallow.

  soooo...i have recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and am scared out of my mind.

  in a weak moment, i called my parents and my mom answered.

  i start crying as i tell her about my disease, and this woman says to me:.

  Not to start anything, but perhaps your parents are just plain jerks. It sounds like they would be like that whether they be JW's, Born Agains, or Atheists. Some of my friends want to blame the JW's for the way their parents are when in fact they'd be a-holes if they were JW's or not.

  Hot New Ford GT, and the GB!!

  ok, i was reading a story about fords new ford gt, one hot extreme muscle car.

  the story tells about how a car like this normally takes 6 or more years from, first scratches on paper to finished project.

  their small handful of specialist, pulled it off in 2. and right until it was finished, no one out side of the small circle of people (about 25 people ) really knew anything, except something special was in the works!.

  Not to rain on your parade, but years before the retro Mustang came out it was common knowledge that Ford was working on the project. I'm a car geek so I know this. And by the way, the Dodge Challenger is 10 times nicer than the Mustang. I've test driven both and its not even close.

  The GB blathering on and on about over coming obstacles is no different than my bone-headed bosses where I work doing the same thing. Humans get excited when they accomplish something. It's a human tendency, not a JW one. I think it's like that with most things JW, but we assign negativity and a wide net when JW's do what is usually just simply human. It's kind of the way you look at things. Either objectively or through a negative lens.

  Just my opinion on what I've observed.
